Our
Story

Math Instruction

Your child receives consistent, structured math instruction taught live online by a certified educator. Each lesson is planned in advance based on your child’s current understanding, grade-level standards, and specific skill gaps.

Instruction focuses on rebuilding foundational number sense, strengthening problem-solving habits, and helping students understand why math works.

Students meet weekly at a consistent scheduled time so instruction builds sequentially and skills are retained long-term.

Why This Works

  • Instruction aligned to grade-level academic standards

  • Diagnostic skill placement before starting

  • Planned lessons designed to address the skills behind assignments

  • Parent communication and support

  • Focus on understanding, not memorizing procedures

  • Ongoing progress monitoring

Most students who enroll stay the full school year because skills compound over time.

What Families Experience

Families usually reach out when math has become stressful at home. These are typical experiences after students begin consistent instruction.

“She consistently monitored my child’s progress and followed up to make sure the support was working. My child became less frustrated with math and more willing to try again.

— Parent of a Middle School Student
“At first math didn’t make sense to me and I would get stuck quickly. She explains things step by step and actually shows why it works. I started understanding my assignments and I’m a lot more confident during class now.”

— 6th Grade Student
Most families begin with a consultation to make sure the plan is the right fit.
“Rachelle uses assessment and student thinking to guide instruction. She identifies misconceptions quickly and adjusts teaching so students correct errors before they become habits. Her instruction is clear, structured, and focused on understanding rather than memorizing procedures.”
