Work-Life Symmetry Math
Work-Life Symmetry Math provides consistent, structured instruction. Each student is reserved a consistent weekly time, so the policies below help sessions run smoothly and fairly for all families.
Scheduling
Students meet at a consistent weekly time.
Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time.
Rescheduling
Schedules sometimes change.

Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice using the link in your confirmation email. Messages sent outside the booking system do not guarantee a reschedule.
Missed Sessions
If a student does not attend a scheduled session:

The session is charged

A make-up session may be offered when availability allows

Repeated missed sessions may result in loss of the student’s reserved weekly time.
Late Arrivals
If a student arrives late, the session will still end at the scheduled time so the next student is not affected.
Late Cancellations
Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice are considered a missed session and are charged.
Teacher Cancellations
If I need to cancel, you will always receive:
• a rescheduled session, or
• a full session credit
Communication
Scheduling, reminders, and changes are handled through the booking system to keep communication clear and organized.
A Note
The goal of this policy is to protect consistent learning. Students make the most progress when instruction happens regularly. Thank you for respecting both your child’s learning time and the time reserved for each family. By scheduling a session, families acknowledge and agree to this policy.
